We have been with BrightStar since September. My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Sunny has been a lifesaver! She takes my mom to the store and appointments and provides company for my mom as well as providing peace of mind for our family. Ryan is very helpful and ALWAYS easy to get a hold of. He keeps a great line of communication open for us! We are very pleased with our BrightStar choice!

Sam and Ryan have been phenomenal helping my mom at home after a fall. From taking her on a drive just to get out of the house to doing laundry and getting her into her backbrace and cleaning up the house a bit, they have been incredibly accommodating. I contacted BriteStar when we needed some additional support for my mom. They were able to meet our needs and handle the sometimes challenging situations. I contacted BrightStar for their services for help after my jaw surgery! It was a big surgery I was getting done and didn’t have the help of friends or family afterwards that’s was required for after care! But thankfully I found BrightStar! Their staff, especially Cheri and Naya, who were so incredibly helpful! I was in a lot of pain and in and out of sleep the first 72 hours but they kept me on schedule as needed and helped relive whatever worry or need I had! I had them in my home 24/7 for a week straight! They were trustworthy and I felt completely comfortable with them there. I don’t know how I would have gone through my first week post op without them. My initial plan was to only have them the for 1 over night and 4 days. I ended up having them for 7 days straight! They not only helped me but they helped around the house with dishes, laundry and even watering my plants! I highly recommend them for hospital aftercare services! I appreciate their help greatly and am so grateful!

Bright Star offers great clinical oversight for their clients. They have an RN on staff who meets with each client before they start services and follows up with their clients every 30 days. I highly recommend calling Samantha Major when you are looking for Home Care Services for your family member.
