Celebrating Valerie, Caregiver of the Month!

Valerie has been with us since opening and has been an absolute pleasure to have on our team. She’s a warm soul and embodies BrightStar’s person centered approach to care. One client who couldn’t quite find the right fit with prior home care agencies, was so impressed with the immediate bond she formed with Valerie that she wondered if they might be related!
Valerie is attentive to the needs of all in her care. If a family needs care in a hurry, she can be counted on to be there on the other end of our warm handoff, radiating positivity and a bright smile to take some of their stress away.
