We have been working with BrightStar Care since February 2023 and appreciate their services filling our requested hours. Sometimes the worker’s schedule present challenges, but the BrightStar staff comes through and fills the gaps as quickly as possible. We also appreciate the opportunity to request specific workers that connect well with our Dad. We requested Sheila Baryeh because she is faithful every week, attentive to our Dad’s particular needs and interests, and she goes beyond the routine care duties and provides extra services that mean so much to our Dad. When a caregiver knows how to connect with their client, it makes all the difference in the world and Sheila knows how to do that. Bright Star has been a shining star for our family during the past six months. They have provided professional, constant, reliable and caring in home service for our parents enabling them to remain in their home through a difficult period. Their Home Health Aid, Tony, was both professional and hard working, but more importantly he was fiercely kind, patient, caring and compassionate. He was a God send for us all. We are grateful.

This organization was a God send to our family during a difficult time. My mother needed round the clock care, and BrightStar was the perfect fit.
