My Mom was living with us fir over a year and during this time, until her passing, we hired BrightStar to help with her non-hospice care. From the very first meeting, Sat was kind, professional, accommodating and understood our needs. Throughout the year, there were times we had last-minute changes to the schedule and Sat always responsive to our needs. Not only was it easy to work with Sat, the caregivers whom she employed were excellent. They were prompt, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to all of my Mom’s needs including but not limited to personal care, meals, laundry, exercise. They interacted well with my Mom and were patient and caring when she was not feeling well. I highly and with out reservation recommend Sat and her team and should the need arise again.

Sat at Brightstare Care helped us out at extremely short notice when a family member living at an Assisted Living Facility needed 12 hour/day care for 10 days. Very professional, reliable, thorough communication, and creatively filled the time on those 12 hour shifts.

Brightstar (Rancho Cordova) has been staffing my facility when we are short staff & all of their staff have been top tier CNAs with the highest top performance levels.
