TT is a wonderful caregiver. She can solve any problem I have and with a beautiful smile. When she helps my husband he is always very well carried for. He has Parkinsons and sometimes needs skilled help she provides that help. Her personality is always cheerful and welcomed. I don’t know what we would do with out her.

I work with bright star california. I did the orientation trainning and I started having my first client. It turns out that I work full time. Because I have my R.N degree and experiences working as care giver with B.S my work was enjoyable. After 4yr full-time, I decided to move out ca. and land in louisville ky. I was able to work ride away with them. When I met the team, it was very positive. We have a nice complicity together and it is pleasent to be part of this familly finally. I like an environment without stress and fun. The thing also that is nice with B.S we can find them any where in the country. So because I like living anywhere in the country, it is secure to move somewhere and transfer with other area. I really appreciate the job and like meeting different people in the country!!

My caregiver, Felicia is very thoughtful, anticipates what I need, always asks for what I need, and helps me do PT exercises. She is wonderful and a has become a dear friend. I am grateful for her care through Brightstar.

Bright star has done a fine job providing me with an excellent caregiver in Terri Ellis. She is efficient, dependable and takes initiative to make my life so much easier and more enjoyable. I can't say enough about her! She's exactly what I was hoping for in a caregiver and what I knew BrightStar would be able to provide for me and my needs. Bright Star has my vote for excellent service!

I manage a medical practice in Louisville, KY and had Teresa Doyle from Bright Star Care stop by and leave us some of their cards and information. She explained a little bit about what they offer, and was beyond helpful and kind! We recently had a patient need additional care following surgery so I reached out to her directly and she was able to help me right away! It's not often anymore that you can call somewhere and be helped with a real person in a timely manner! But after just a quick 5 minute phone call she was able to schedule the care the patient needed and we were all set! I cannot recommend Teresa and her team enough!

I use Brightstar for a monthly infusion that I get. They are a wonderful company. Their nurses are very caring . My particular nurse Joann makes me feel very comfortable. I had an allergic reaction one time and she knew just what to do and stayed hours past the time she needed to to make sure I was comfortable. Great company.
