Brightstar provided great nursing care for me when I needed it. They were always on time and were very attentive to my needs.

Brightstar is such a wonderful non medical in home care. Every time I meet someone at Brightstar, they are always so kind and big smiles. We haven’t had a few residents use their services and they always have such wonderful things to say about their care staff and support.

Can’t say enough good things about Brightstar! They are one of the best Home care companies in the area. Always reliable and always so passionate and caring.

I first met Teresa when my mother was hospitalized at Norton Brownsboro in February. We realized she could not safely return to her independent living facility and were looking for caregivers. We opted instead to move her to memory care. I explained this to Teresa, and she was amazing, giving me tips and pointers, even though we weren’t hiring Brightstar caregivers. My mother then had a series of falls, in July. While in the hospital, we realized in memory care, she would need 24 hour caregivers. I texted Teresa on a Friday night, she was out of town at a wedding and still facilitated things so we could start caregivers the next day. The caregivers that Brightstar sent out to my mom, worked 12 hour shifts without complaint. They were kind, compassionate and patient with my mom, who is suffering from end stage Alzheimer’s. Recently , we moved my mother to skilled nursing, as she is actively dying. I would recommend Brightstar to anyone who needs help caring for a loved one at home, or at a facility. I am a registered nurse, and was very impressed with Teresa and all my mom’s caregivers. You are all truly angels on earth.

Brightstar Care nurses have been wonderful. My nurse comes to my home and cares about me and truly listens to my concerns. I would recommend Brightstar if you have any nursing care needs.

We have had a great experience with Nurse Jackie. She is the best! She is great with my son who can get anxious and nervous about having to get his infusion. She helps calm him and talk him up and it makes things go much smoother.

Wow! Thank you, BrightStar! We had no idea when our parents' physical conditions required "in home" health care that it would be so challenging to activate their policy with their Long-term Insurance Company. They had paid for years on a high quality policy----but navigating all the red tape and legal hoops to activate the needed compensation was beyond frustrating. BrightStar staff not only provided the best personalized "in home" care plan we could have imagined...but more than that, they patiently walked with us through every step of the tedious insurance process! My parents (and us as their family) have felt so loved and supported by BrightStar! Highly recommend!
