It’s National Men’s Health Week, a week that is observed each year leading up to Father’s Day. It’s a reminder for a man to take steps to be healthier. Whether you are a husband, partner, dad, brother, son, or friend you can have and support the health and safety of the men in your life.

Having healthy habits and making healthy choices can be achieved with a few simple steps.
•Eat a variety of fruits and veggies every day.
•Make physical exercise a regular thing.
•Reduce stress.
•Visit your doctor for regular check-ups.
