The world may look a little different right now, but one thing hasn't changed: BrightStar's commitment to helping to end Alzheimer's.
The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's, is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research.
It may look different this year due to the Coronavirus, but the walk is moving forward in 2020 and will be everywhere – including Northern Virginia on Sunday, September 27!
This year, during the Coronavirus pandemic, the Walk to End Alzheimer's ® will be everywhere!
We encourage you to invite family, friends, and colleagues to walk with you. Plan to take a walk in your neighborhood, your community, your business, your school, or at your place of worship.
How to participate: Register a team. A team can consist of one person. Or join a team and plan on walking on September 27 or whatever day and time works for you! Take pictures of your team and your walk. Send the photos to the Alzheimer's Association, and they will be posting pictures on their social media channels.
