Conejo Valley BrightStar Care Employee Orientation
Orientation is an essential part of our employment, and we conduct orientations every two weeks to meet our new field staff. We believe this is the first step in preparing our team for the vital work we do here at Brightstar Care Conejo-Valley.
With LA County and Ventura County reopening, we are beginning to host our orientations in person once again. We limit the orientation to no more than three people at one time, which allows all participants to stay 6 feet apart. We provide PPE to ensure everyone's safety. Part of the RN Training and Competency checks is to ensure our caregivers follow the CDC guidelines on washing your hands!!
