82 years old - facing full reverse shoulder replacement - as an outpatient. I had so many concerns regarding that first night - how would I manage anesthesia recovery, pain, icing, hydrating, using the bathroom, medication, etc. Heather understood the needs completely and assured that she would choose a highly qualified and reliable care taker for me. I was so fortunate to have Crystal. She went above and beyond just caretaking. She anticipated my every need, she was ever vigilant, endlessly patient and encouraging, and made me feel safe and secure and relaxed knowing I had her by my side. And personally she is a delight. So thank you, BrightStar and Crystal.

Brightstar has made my daughter’s summer camp possible. Special shout out to Michelle for her impeccable patience and communication. Thank you Brightstar for giving my family a summer camp option! Words can’t even describe the relief I have knowing my daughter is being looked after and someone is helping her redirect when frustrated. My daughter is very selective and on the spectrum so putting her in a neuro-typical setting would not be possible with the excellent support provided by Brightstar. I would recommend them whole-heartedly.

I really wanted to let everyone know how wonderful Bonnie is at Bright Star. She was so nice and helpful the second I spoke with her. I was arranging care for my developmentally disabled brother and spoke to Bonnie in great lengths about finding him a companion as he loves to socialize and be around people. Bonnie sent Jas over and she has been phenomenal! I have never seen such a detailed high level of care that Jas has provided for him. Jas went above and beyond for him countless times and I was absolutely blown away watching her interact with him. Jas also went above and beyond to advocate for my brother at his assisted living facility. She voiced concerns when his bed sheets were dirty and when he was wearing dirty clothes after he was showered by the staff there. She would notify me of these conditions as well. I really can't thank Bonnie and Jas enough for the level of care that they have provided for him. My brother absolutely loves Jas and always asks for her. She has helped him so much on his road to happiness. He always looks forward to his time with Jas. Life is short and we should all be so lucky to have a friend like Jas.

Barbara West is kind, compassionate, and efficient. She scheduled an overnight shift on very short notice. She was a wonderful resource for all our questions about caregiving and referrals for hospice and palliative care. I would definitely work with her and Brightstar in the future. This is a caring,professional group with a large group of caregivers and services.

Bright Star Care does a fantastic job of really helping their clients. They are very thorough and caring and they have an extra layer of care management and clinical care available.

Debbie is very helpful and sees things that are both necessary and helpful for me. A very pleasant person to be around too!

My wife of 52 years was put in hospice in March of 2025. BrightStar was our chosen care provider. They came for 10 or 12 days every single day on time. Sometimes with a new caregiver and most of the time someone who had been there in our hospice house before. They were all wonderful. Then, in 2026, I had to have back surgery. Of course, I wanted BrightStar to come over and take care of me while I was recuperating. And, as with my wife, they came everyday and they gave me the best care that anyone could give. I highly recommend BrightStar as it is a company that is run by principled people and who hire special caregivers who have the right touch, character, and personality to help someone or a family in need of caregiving. BrightStar Is the top of the line. If I need caregiving in the future, of course BrightStar star will be at the top of my phone list of companies to call.

BrightStar Care was wonderful for our family. Barbara helped us find the best caregiver for my father and made sure to check on us often. Our care giver Annie was caring, warm, experienced and made sure my dad was comfortable every time she visited. We are so grateful, thank you!

Barbara at BrightStar was fantastic. She was very helpful in rapidly organizing care for my Father in-law. Our caregiver Perla was amazing. Immediately we loved her. Extremely knowledgable. Perla showed such empathy and thoughtful care within 2 hours of my phone call. She was at the beside of our father in-law when he passed. I am extremely grateful for the care she provided in those final hours .
