WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO BECOME A NURSE?
My grandmother saw the potential in me, so she gave me one of her pillows for me to do IM shots. I remember I was using real needles and syringes (don’t ask, I don’t know why she let me use real needles lol).
WHAT ASPECT OF YOUR JOB ARE YOU MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT?
My job as an RN offers different aspects of the medical field, so I get to try everything.
HOW ARE YOU MAKING THINGS MORE POSSIBLE FOR YOUR BRIGHTSTAR CLIENTS?
Communication is important when it comes to Brightstar clients and the office. My focus on communication ensures that both clients and their families feel heard and supported. It fosters trust, improves coordination of care, and ensures the needs of the clients are met effectively.
WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR OTHER NURSES?
Be flexible.
HOW DO YOU RE-ENERGIZE?
I enjoy walking on the beach barefoot (barefoot part is most important).

I have so many from working in the ER. It was fun.
