Sean is a native of Fayetteville, Arkansas and an alumni of the University of Arkansas. Upon leaving school he founded Athletic World Advertising, Inc. with his cousin Brick Ogden and grandfather S. B. Holley. He later became a partner in a local commercial Real Estate firm named Nickel, Hill, Rodman & Trumbo, Inc. He was a member of the Fayetteville Planning Commission, and a chairman for the final three years. Sean opened BrightStar Care of Washington County with his wife Renita Trumbo in December 2009, and later acquired BrightStar Care of Benton County. Sean enjoys running and has even completed the Chicago marathon.
