Doug was a wonderful care-giver for my husband for several weeks before his passing. He came to our first appointment with information about my husband's interests in an effort to make him feel comfortable. He played special music on his phone which my husband enjoyed to help him relax.. I was impressed with him going to that extra effort before he even met us. As he worked with my husband whether showering, dressing or helping in another way, he was always clear in explaining what he was doing. Doug always found other tasks to do when the personal care was finished which helped me in keeping the home in order. We are so thankful for the help he gave us during a difficult illness.

Our caregiver Jimmy is awesome. Thank you for the care you provide for my dad! The whole staff is great as well. Update Oct 26,2023, continue to receive awesome care through Brightstar with a new care giver, Brandon. He’s an awesome companion for my dad and looks out for his well being. The office manager, Theresa is Aweome as well. The whole staff is nice from the home care nurse to owner. Thank you, 5+ stars. Sept 5, 2024. - Chase P came out to take care of my dad, awesome compassionate person. Totally satisfied. Well done by Brightstar for hiring her!

5 stars for the wonderful care provided by Devon H. She was so caring and attentive to my parents, and she became a great support to me as I navigated through a very challenging time. I would have been lost without her! However, there were many issues with the invoices provided by BrightStar. All of them were incorrectly coded the first time charging me overtime rates. It took a few weeks to straighten out the first sets of invoices. And even the last set sent were incorrect again. They're working to fix them, but be diligent in reviewing your invoices. TL;DR - great care, watch your invoices

We had a caregiver named Kathleen R as my husband's caregiver after his triple heart bypass. She was God send to us. She always came on time with a big smile and GREAT sense of humor . She was a hard worker and whenever I asked her to do a certain thing she'd cheerfully smile say sure of course like I was doing her a favor. The staff also at BrightStar were all very helpful if I had questions and ALSO VERY flexible on our schedule. I would surely recommend them for in home care.
