Please tell us how your BrightStar Care Nurse or Caregiver made a difference in your life and/or the life of your loved one by completing the nomination form. A great entry will include details about how your Nurse or Caregiver delivered care that exceeded your expectations and how they made a difference in your family's lives. We will be naming four regional winners for each award –Nurse of the Year and Caregiver of the Year. Then one Nurse will be named our 2024 National Nurse of the Year and one Caregiver will be named our 2024 National Caregiver of the Year.
