I have been a client of Brightstar for the last few years.
Along with a few serious chronic illnesses that take a signicant toll on my quality of life, Ive also been a full time wheelchair user from since very ealy childhood. Illnesses, surgeries and hospitalizations have always been a major part of my life. As a result, so have caregivers and the companies they work for.
Brightstar provides me with better care/caregivers than any other company where I have ever been a client. I have not had a single bad experience. Any issues that have arisen ( exactly 2!) were handled very quickly and the solutions exceeded my expectations.
Caregivers are always compassionate, respectful, knowledgable and trustworthy. The feeling that I can trust them is of particular importance to me as I am very dependant on the care I need.

On her most recent shift with me, I was having a very bad day, both physically and emotionally.
Savita went well above and beyond, to do whatever she could to make the day as smoothly and easy on me as possible. She was supportive, patient and so very kind.

Bright Star Care - 6 Stars if possible.
As a returning client Bright Star did an incredible job helping our family with additional care during the Hospice Care process. We had both RN and Caregiver resources and we were so incredibly impressed and appreciative of the entire team. Caregivers; Augustina, Horinda, Karina and Nurses; Jennifer and Maxine. The office team made heroic efforts to coordinate our wonderful staffing plan. Sheri, Tanya and many more made the entire process smooth and seamless for us. Thank you so much Bright Star!!!

BrightStar started caring for my wife, who has Alzheimer’s, about 6 months ago. The office staff is very professional, organized, super responsive — and nice! I love that their caregiving staff members are treated like real employees, with benefits, training etc. My guess is this helps with employee retention, which ultimately benefits the client / patient. And they really worked with us until we landed on a great “fit” with one of their caregivers: Demetrius! I was really concerned about having a caregiver in our home everyday, worrying it would feel like a stranger imposing on our space. But Demetriess has really become one of the family. She is a joy to be around and takes great care of my wife. You can tell she is a pro at her job and really knows how to work with an Alzheimer’s patient. What more can I ask?

I had Ashley Aguillar nurse at Bright Star take care of PIC line. I came from CasVia care phaclity and she was upset to see they can't due a PIC cover, mine was never applyed correctly. Bright Star came to rescue. And replayed correctly. I'm looking forward to the next 5 weeks of service. They also draw blood each week. I pray I never have to a place like Cas Via, that was a night mare. If you need a company like Bright Star use them for great care. I have been using Bright Star services off and on for the past 5 months for my sister who has Alzheimer’s disease. They are incredibly professional and detail oriented. If one carer isn’t a fit, they will do their best to accommodate. They are at the high end for pricing but when you need help, they are there.
