I have had the pleasure of having Denise H as my nurse for the past 2 months and she has been awesome. Always on time, very kind and gentle and very informative. She is a great asset to your team. I will miss her dearly after my treatments are finished. Anyone who is assigned her as their nurse will surely be blessed as I feel I am. Thank you BrightStar for sending her my way.

We've used Brightstar Venice since February 12th. Our assigned CNA, JP , has been working with my husband three times a week for the past 5 weeks. He is kind, respectful, personable, professional and extremely competent. He helps my husband get ready for dialysis and works with him on exercises. He is genuinely concerned about his well-being and progress. He even helps me with housework! We are very fortunate and grateful to have JP's help and highly recommend him.

I really enjoy working for Mr. & Mrs. Crampton. They are extremely kind & friendly to me. I always look forward to my visits with them. They always make me so relaxed when I am there. Ruth Carroll

There were some hiccups on the first weekend that was 24/7 but as I have worked the business I know there’s some trial and errors which is why I planned to have it start before heading back home (different state). The owner, Jim, personally called me and spoke with me and explained what occurred. Even though there were some hiccups in care I still give them 5 stars because they owned their mistakes, which is hard to come by, and the aides were OUTSTANDING. They went above and beyond for my grandmother and I felt okay about leaving her before she transitioned into the assisted living. Home care scheduling is a tough job and managing many clients and even more aides can be difficult. Communication needs to be improved, but again that conversation with the owner assured me that he knew there was something’s to work on and didn’t make excuses for his team. I would recommend them, but my advice is to definitely be on top of your schedule and know who’s coming when, as well as having a backup plan. That’s advice for any home care agency you go with! FYI Rany was awesome and if you’re in the Venice are- looking for care, I would recommend her with a 10 star rating!

I live alone, broke my ankle at work, and was bed ridden for over a month. Workman’s compensation was unable to find a home HHA or CNA to help me. Out of desperation I called many agencies on my own, none wanted anything to do with me. I contacted Bright Star and they contacted my work comp insurer and took me on as a client. THANK YOU BRIGHT STAR. You helped me out of a really bad situation. Over the two months I was with them I had the most kind and competent helpers in my home. The schedulers and other office staff were also very kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend !!!

I wanted to extend my gratitude. Norma Jean is an amazing care companion for my mom and they have developed a close relationship. I can't fully express in words how much it means to have someone so kind and patient like that, care for your loved one. Thank you.
