My husband and I would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for the care he received from Claudia C while we have been in Venice for the last few months. My husband has Parkinson’s and suffers with various symptoms and balance issues. Claudia was very attentive, caring, and compassionate during her time with him. He was reluctant to have a caregiver, but quickly got comfortable with Claudia. It takes a special person to provide such great care and we are truly grateful we had Claudia.

I have had several caregivers such as Maria, Andrea, and Jenniffer that have been outstanding! When I call or text, I receive prompt service especially from Jerrica! Thank you for great care!

I've used them for almost a year to help with my husband who has Alzeheimers. All the caregivers they sent were kind, friendly and helpful. Scheduling was easy. I would highly recommend them for home healthcare.

We have been using Bright Star for a number of years now...first for our father and now for our mother as well. Although this industry is like many others and it is hard to find good help but even with these struggles, Bright Star has always been able to provide the assistance our parents have needed. There have been times that certain caregivers may not be a match... personality wise...but they are quick to try a different individual until a good match is found. Our Mom can be demanding but Bright Star always does their best to accommodate her demands by matching up the right individual for her needs. Currently the caregiver there now has been exceptional and aside from just giving excellent care, she has developed a relationship with our Mom to the point they have become friends and it's not just about the care but also the companionship and having someone there to share what is going on in her life. Having someone like that is rare and very appreciated and we are very happy that Bright Star does their best to maintain the relationship between their caregivers and their clients.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our BrightStar Care giver Susan S. She has been a life saver at this very difficult time in our Dad's hospice journey. She knows just how to work with Dad and is wonderfully supportive of Mom. She also helps out around the house with his laundry, changing him and the bed, and whatever else she can do to make life easier. We are very fortunate to have Susan.
