They talk and laugh with my father while giving him 100% care, always informing my mom of any changes they notice about my father. Alicia J. and Brittney H. are awesome!

I just want to take a moment and let you know just how happy (....and impressed) my family has been with the efforts of your staff to make it to work, looking after my mom (...and my dad indirectly) over these past several days of bad weather in Chicago. Starting with Wirny on Friday, January 12th during that big snowfall, Saturday and Sunday with DeArcy, when the temps dropped to single digits and of course Danisha, Monday thru Thursdays. The extra effort they showed getting to work(ON TIME) in those horrible conditions is greatly appreciated. I realize it's their job, however sometimes just doing your job deserves recognition!
