From the beginning, working with Bright Star has felt like a partnership. They seem truly invested in making sure their clients and client families are comfortable with the care and process, and have all the information they need. We’ve always been able to reach a person for questions and everyone in the office seems to have knowledge of all of the other pieces. The caregivers are experienced, patient, and kind. I have been in the Caregiving field now for six years and BrightStar Care St. Croix Valley is by far the best place I have ever worked. You get to pick the hours you want to work , only required 1 holiday a year and 1 weekend a month, Management is completely understanding of work / home balance and do not pressure you to take on more then you can give. I have worked facilities in the past and they could never compare to the one on one care I am able to give to my clients at BrightStar, no rushing and feeling like you are on an assembly line and having to deal with unrealistic staff to resident ratios in facilities!

I’ve been a nurse case manager here for almost 2 years. This is a close knit, friendly, welcoming place to work. There is a lot of schedule flexibility, which is important to all of us.
