BrightStar has been providing companion care for my mother for the past 4 months. We are very happy with the caregiver. She takes care of all of her needs and a joy to be around. My mother is thriving and as a family we couldn’t be happier. We whole heartedly recommend BrightStar.

I have been served for several months now by Raven, and for the first time today by one of Bright Star's new caregivers, Amber. I gladly and enthusiastically give both of them my top rating of five stars, for the outstanding and genuine care they have given me, in terms of their competence, experience, and positive attitude, as well as their anticipation, attentiveness, and responsiveness to my needs. They are superb representatives of Bright Star's high quality of care, and why I am happy with them as my caregivers, and with Bright Star as my Care Agency!
Working with Brighstar has been an amazing experience. I have been able to grow with the company as well as making meaningful connections with the clients. I enjoy the factor that Brightstar cares so much about the clients safety and their life satisfaction is top priority. Prior to Wendy, my Home Health Aide, I really couldn't take care of myself even before my brain surgery. Because of her, I now have a clean apartment and clean clothes to wear and my bed sheets are changed regularly. She's also teaching me independent living skills. I make my bed every morning and don't keep dishes stacked in the sink. Ok, I use paper plates, but hey its a start. Before photo.
BrightStar has provided care for my father and father-in-law. They were willing to work with the mixed-up schedules that I had for them, and the caregivers were very open to helping and watching over my family members. There have been some tough times within dynamics of family and BrightStar stuck by and made sure that our patient received the care they needed and kept him safe. I will be using them again if I have a need for my mother. Caregivers were always willing to learn what was needed to care for our loved ones.
