My grandfather is a Veteran he has been using Brightstar for many years. He has a lady who works for him in the mornings her name is Amie. It cracks me up that every time he starts to ask for something here she comes with it already in her hand. It is like she can read his mind. It is nice that Brightstar has partnered with the VA to help him get extra services. She looks out for fall risks and removes them before they become a problem.

My grandmother can easily hurt herself but she is watched over by her CNA all night. Her name is Stephanie and she comes to Summit even in the rain or snow and has stayed over if the next caregiver can not make it to work. She always goes above and beyond 5 stars

I have had a great experience with Brightstar Care. Kiki, my CNA, provides excellent care. She helps me with activities, takes me to different places and activities that I’m interested in as well as activities that stimulate cognition. Along with ADLs and keeping the house tidy. I would highly recommend their services. 10 out of 10!

I am happy with the professionalism shown by Bright Star and their willingness to adjust the scheduled visits according to my needs. The care givers have all been easy to work with. Bright Star sends me invoices even though my payments are automatic withdrawals from my bank. This is very helpful. One particular caregiver, Mariah, has been here the most and I pretty much have her "trained" as to my needs but she is good to anticipate them before I even ask. I am pleased with her thoroughness in doing something.

All of our staff are stellar! I would like to mention that one of our caregivers Leslie has gone above and beyond this week! The reasons are personal, but I told her that she has earned my respect. Andrea Loos is a terrific home health aide/caregiver. She is kind, caring, patient, well-prepared, and always cheerful. She also takes lots of initiative with housework, which I very much appreciate. I recommend her highly.

We have been new to needing caregivers for my mom with Alzheimer’s. Brightstar has worked with us to find the right caregiver from their team and Andrea L. has been great with my mom. She is knowledgeable and caring. She works very hard to meet my mom’s needs, tells us helpful information relating to her condition, and is always bright to work with. We love her ❤️

I am in awe of the care my Mother receives from Leslie. My Mother has very little communication She does not speak, sign or write. Sweet Leslie somehow knows what she wants and needs. She is always so tender and gracious with her five stars for Leslie.
