The caregivers that work with Brightstar are angels on earth! My grandma had hip surgery a year and a half ago. After surgery the doctors told us she had delirium from the anesthesia. Unfortunately, she has not fully recovered from the surgery or the delirium. We sought out brightstar because we promised to never have my grandmother go into a home and we needed help. With the help of Zaida, Shinga and Shanice my grandma has made significant progress! Unfortunately, we recently had a set back that had my grandma back in the hospital and basically restarted the delirium. Zaida S. was able to move mountains with my grandma and her recovery! After two weeks of her refusing to eat, or get out of bed or do the things she loves, Zaida has her up and out on the porch feeding the squirrels. We are beyond grateful for the brightstar caregivers, Zaida, Shanice and Shinga. They are all hard working, compassionate, kind and helpful not only to my grandma, but to my grandpa too! Thank you for continued support in my grandma’s recovery!

Our experience with BrightStar has been exceptional. We have a 3-year-old son with special needs, and his nurses, Miss Ailaine and Lucille, have been a true blessing for our family. They are always punctual, professional, and provide outstanding care for our son. Our lives have been transformed since their arrival. Thanks to these wonderful ladies, whom we trust completely, my husband and I finally have time for ourselves. We can't thank BrightStar and the nurses enough for their incredible service.
