After my husband's open heart surgery, we used BrightStar for home health physical therapy. Everything went smoothly, and they worked with him a couple of times per week for several weeks. The therapist prepared my husband for cardiac rehab. We had no issues with BrightStar and would use them again.

She provides it naturally; it's inherent in her character. From the minute that she arrives (always on time) and until she leaves, she cleans, cooks, is a companion and more. My nurse, Chika Uleh at Brightstar Home Healthcare Plano, went over and above all expectations for me. In a very stressful time for me just having come home after open heart surgery, he created a custom medication chart for me, which helped relieve my anxiety tremendously. He was so compassionate and patient with me and if he represents the quality of care at Brightstar, then I would not hesitate to highly recommend them for anyone needing quality home healthcare.
