Brightstar Orland went above and beyond at a very difficult time for our family. Sandy was a godsend and an especially great listener and solver of many problems (imagined or otherwise!!) lol
They found us Zanele, who couldn’t have been a better fit for my mom, despite her not wanting anyone to stay!!! She helped my mom heal and follow all the rules, no matter how many there were!!

I am a CNA and have 3yrs experience working with special children. I was hired by BrightStar@Orland Park October of 2013. I was interviewed by their DON Kathy and was hired on the spot. My experience working with BrightStar@Orland Park is very positive and I highly recommend other people who love their job to join them too. The company owners, K & J and their hardworking office staff are reliable, flexible, highly responsible= Professionals!!! They know how to match each of us field staffers with their numerous, good-standing, decent clients. Be a regular or a temporary employee, they see to it that we have ample assignments in areas of our choice and we are sent to homes in good neighborhoods. They are not discriminatory of race. (I am Filipino). They pay us on time, on the dot, never at all delayed. BrightStar@Orland Park is owned by God-fearing, decent, responsible and respectable people, It makes me happy to be working with them and I guess a lot of us field staffers who love their job too!!!

I have had nothing but a positive experience when dealing with Brightstar Care. I am a licensed nurse working with pediatric clients as well as adult clients. The flexibility in scheduling is nothing but wonderful. I am able to balance a busy family life and maintain a "full-time" status. My clients also appreciate the flexibility and personal attention they receive from both office and nursing staff.
Home health is a tricky situation for anyone, you are most often, a healthy person who needs some medical assistance in your home at your pace, Brightstar and it's staff do all they can to accommodate that need.
I'm very happy with my company and hope that those seeking a home health career will consider working and up to the excellence expected by Brightstar of Orland. It's not an easy job, but then again it's not supposed to be. It's all about caring for people.
