We have not used BrightStar Care for long. We have had the opportunity of having Julie Govier take care of our sweet boy now as a fill in 4-5 times on the weekends. With her experiences and dedication she provides the best care. Even our child not being her primary patient she treats our son like her own, care for him like it is her own family member, goes out of her way to make sure everything is done for him. Julie shows such compassion, time management, adaptability, patience, and respect.

I first meet NeKeisha Logan from BrightStar as a fill in and I knew from the first day she would be my caregiver. I have really enjoyed her she is always smiling and willing to do something new. We don't always have a script but she finds ways to keep me or us busy and content for the time she is her. Even though she has only been with BrightStar a short time she is not new to care giving and it shows through her compassion. I appreciate she is always on time and willing to go the extra mile whenever an extra mile presents itself. When I was awarded more hours of care I was delighted she excepted the hours. I look forward to her visits everyday and makes being homebound more fun!

My experience with BrightStar care was amazing! I liked how easy it was to schedule. My wound was on my tailbone, and they made me feel so extremely comfortable, and they were extremely professional. The empathy they showed was probably my favorite thing. I needed to look for an option that was flexible because I couldn't drive with the surgery I got. I reached out to BrightStar, and their scheduling abilities made my life easier. During my treatment, I had many things come up in my personal life that and Bryan, at the office, was easily able to change my schedule, not only for the next day, but he worked with the nurses to make sure I had everything I needed. I like that the office staff was so personable. It wasn't just about my wound, but also how I was doing mentally as well, which I really appreciated. The overall experience was amazing."

BrightStar was the best possible for us when Joe was dismissed from NKC Hosp. We had to have someone daily for 4 weeks to administer infusion - antibiotics. The women were all very professional each time in our home.
The Home office kept us totally informed also.
