They are organized and intentional when it comes to staffing the right people for their clients who are #1. I worked with them as an HR consultant for 3 months and found that behind-the-scenes, they used best practices to hire, train and retain their CNAs, LPNs and RNs. BrightStar was one (of 4) of the providers that was recommended when my husband and I purchased property and were building a home in NC. We had used a different provider prior to the move w/ average results. BrightStar has exceeded our expectations from the beginning. The scheduling (Shannon) is done extremely well. Last minute changes are handled without disruption and BrightStar continues to hire aides who are a great fit for my needs. The owner (Dawn Wagner) is always available to discuss issues, find solutions, and will accept nothing less than an excellent outcome. We work together as partners in solving issues and BrightStar does not shy away from dealing with the insurance company. I have recommended BrightStar to others and will continue to do so.
