Employee of the Month for November 2019 - Penny Byrd!

We are pleased to announce that Penny Byrd has been selected as Employee of the Month for November 2019! Penny is a great example of our Core Values especially Serve with Passion and Do the Right Thing. In addition to working a full-time job elsewhere, Penny takes on any referrals we get for the Central and Southern parts of Brunswick County. She is also willing to drive further if needed. Penny's infusion patients love her and would prefer that only she provide service for them. She  consistently receives 10's out of 10's on customer engagement surveys with Home Care Pulse.
