Our experience with Bright Star has been very positive. They've been communicative and responsive. In particular, our aide Anneris has been wonderful. My 96 year old mother took a sudden turn for the worse on a holiday weekend. I was caring for her at home and it became too much for me. I contacted BrightStar for extra support and care. To my surprise the owner herself and nurse Donna came to the house immediately, put everything into action, and aid Marie came that night to help us. Marie is so attentive , caring and kind. This agency truly stepped up when I was so desperately in need of help. I highly recommend this company.

Our aide Cathy, through BrightStar is such a big help to my mom. Having her here to help my mom gives me a break on some of the responsibilites of caregiving. She is kind, skilled, trustworthy and very reliable. She always greets us with a smile and an energetic "good morning".

My father in law has been cared for by Etrevee who has been a Godsend. My wife and I are so incredibly grateful for the compassionate care he receives from her and Brightstar. Etrevee treated him like family and helps to keep him doing his excercises and PT along with helping him fight to regain his independence.
