wow what service we received! we were left in a desperate situation when our caregiver didn't show up. brightstar wellington stepped right up and said they would get the time we needed service covered. they always answer their phone and we are so grateful to them. you can depend on this company.

We were using another agency that became compromised in fraudulent billing practices with my sister who was overseeing the care and so very quickly we had to find another agency when I was appointed sole guardian of my Mother.  The financial guardian for Mom had previously worked with Brightstar Care of Wellington-Palm Beach & so he reached out to them on an emergency basis as my Mom needs 24 hour nurse care in her home.  While it is not their specific area, they agreed to assist & bail us out knowing it would be temporary until we could find another agency or until Mom could possibly be placed in a skilled nursing facility.  While the agreement has gone on longer than we both thought & will come to an end shortly, I couldn't have been happier with their service & dedication at all hours of the day & night. While I was dealing with a very unusual and difficult situation with other family and while there were some kinks we managed to work them out in a professional manner.  It would have been quite easy to have more managerial issues, but Cynthia Fortney early on understood my family dynamics and rallied her nurses around the proper protocol and adherence to the direction I needed to go in, especially with my sister & her husband who continue to live in Mom's house and although was removed as guardian, still tried to rule the roost with her husband. Cynthia was tireless and did not quit working until any issue was resolved and with the difficult dynamics my unique situation created she was truly amazing, kept in constant contact with me but we are now working on alternative solutions for mom. Cynthia who manages the staff & owner Nicolas Matzirakis had many conversations with me to try to control the situation my sister was creating & to be quite honest every time I heard from one of them I thought they would be telling me they were resigning.   This never ever came up.  Instead they were troopers working on behalf of my Mom & I and went above and beyond to make sure Mom got the best proper care.  While they may be a little more expensive than other agencies, they were providing a higher level of care and had to deal with not only the issues with my sister, but mom has oxygen, a colostomy bag, a urinary catheter & a feeding tube, so the care is very complex.  They  also provided the necessary laundry mom needed and informed me of inventory supplies I needed to order from a workbook file I created.  I highly recommend this agency and can't say enough as they truly shine.

This is the first Google Review I have ever written but it needed to be done. Let me start by saying that Cynthia Fortney is the consummate professional. A 30 plus year RN veteran who knows both the healthcare and MediCare Systems inside and out. She spends the time to get to know her clients. She does not punch in or out but rather is always on the job. She is caring, kind and ferociously loyal to the persons entrusted in her care. She and her entire crew at BrightStar made the last 2 months of my father's life comfortable, peaceful and dignified. She matched the right caregivers to suit my father's needs. She coordinated all the services as if she was Omar Bradley in the Sicilian campaign in Patton's Army. Logistics were all handled with aplomb and quickly. If there was ever an issue in getting a delivery she would find another vendor. She does not suffer fools gladly. She is always available. She came to see my father on Christmas Day. She ran errands. Just writing this review brings tears to my eyes thinking about how wonderful the experience was for my father and for our family. He raved about her and the way everyone took care of him. Being referred to BrightStar made a transitional experience far more palatable for all of us rather than the horror show that it looked like it was going to become. My family and I are eternally grateful to Cindy, Nick and all the wonderful caregivers who treated my father with both love and respect.

Have been working with BrightStar for a few months. They have been able to provide me with high quality nurses on short notice. But what impresses me the most about them is their management team. They have been great at communicating and being flexible with my ever changing needs. Nick, Cynthia, and Madelyn are true MVPs! I would recommend Brightstar to anyone who has nurse staffing needs!

Both Betty Fazzi and Tomani Phillips were excellent nurses. They were Always professional and concerned for my comfort and safety.
