I highly recommend Brightstar Care. They took care of my dad for his last 4.5 months of his life and the quality of care was outstanding. All of the staff were extremely professional, competent, conscientious, compassionate, and very dedicated to their jobs. The communication from everyone, from the office staff to the caregivers, was excellent ~ timely and thorough. The level of responsiveness from Brightstar Care was outstanding. I reached to them and asked for an almost immediate initiation of service, which they fulfilled very graciously. When I asked for 24 hour care to be started, they again fulfilled the request expediently. When hospice was needed, the bridge was seamless, timely and incredibly supportive. A special thank you to Tori and Jas, who were there every step of the way and treated my dad with respect and dignity, kindness and compassion. I will be forever grateful to Brightstar Care for being there. Thank you!!

I want to acknowledge Brightstar for their careful, considerate, and professional planning for my post knee replacement care I needed temporary post operative care and i did not know where to find it or even to what extent my needs would be I turned to a professional care planner, Lorna Van Ackern and she referred me to Brightstar Savannah, Yolanda, NJ, Lou, Anaya and Lynette were trained to not only meet my requested needs but they anticipated what my needs might be. And showed real creativity and initiative in their work I am blessed to have found them

Everyone at BrightStar has been so kind and attentive to my Dad, and very thorough in keeping me updated. There are too many to name, but, in particular, a shout-out to Karine and Maureen for their loving care.

We consulted for care management with Christy Wolf regarding our father who was in ICU at the time, very suddenly, from double pneumonia and blood clots. He was diagnosed with "ICU Delirium" (later found it was septic shock that Christy had actually asked about) which made things even more frightening. Christy spent the time to review his charts, medicines and our concerns/feedback to help us understand all things at play and provide suggestions to help him get to the next stop...rehab. She came up with a strict plan for us to work with him while in rehab in order to get him home, where she knew he'd make the most strides. We/he implemented her care instructions and he was able to go home after two weeks in rehab, where he is continuing to improve. Had we not had Christy's expertise (and truly caring demeanor) during this process, I believe he'd still be sitting in rehab or, worse, back in the hospital with the pneumonia. Christy is sincerely caring, calm, knowledgeable and pragmatic which is what any one could hope for when faced with a health event like our father experienced. We feel fortunate to have connected with Christy on this matter and will go straight to her next time, should there be a need.

My husband suffers from a progressive neuro-degenerative disease. When I realized I could no longer fully care for him myself, I began seeking out various agencies a couple of years ago for home health care. BrightStar Care was one of these agencies. Shari and Helen were my first contacts with BrightStar and I knew immediately after talking with them that this was the one! The kindness, warmth and professionalism from both Shari and Helen was exceptional then and has continued when I have the pleasure of occasionally speaking with them. Helen has been my primary contact and has done a wonderful job matching up caregivers for my husband, given his changing needs. In recent months, I occasionally speak with Mariela in the office about various matters and she has been very kind and helpful each time I have spoken with her. Initially, Daniel and Bruce were assigned to my husband’s care for a number of hours a week, each bringing with them unique caregiving talents that were just what my husband needed at the time. With his advancing needs, a few other caregivers have since been assigned. Patty and Bianca were appreciated for their strength and caregiving skills. Gladys, who was a nursing student studying locally, was with us on the weekends for almost a year until leaving the area to further her nursing education. She was delightful and did an excellent job caring for my husband during her shifts with us. Among other things, one of the things we especially appreciated about Gladys was her work ethic and dependability. Beatriz’ has been caring for my husband for a number of months now and we are so happy to have her in our home. Her caregiving skills are excellent in every way and it has been evident she is truly dedicated to taking the best care possible of my husband. She has accompanied us on doctor appointments which has been extremely helpful and a huge relief for me, as she is very strong and does an excellent job in transferring my husband from a wheel chair to an exam table when necessary. I could go on singing the praises of BrightStar Care, but suffice it to say this is a top notch organization dedicated to providing the best care possible to its clients. I’m so grateful to have found them.

Bright Star has been a huge help to our family . Our care giver Ashley is amazing Caring, great attention to details. She is very observant and addresses all our family members needs .And she is great at communicating with the rest of the family about our loved one. I cannot say enough good things about her .We are very fortunate to have someone like her caring for our family member. And Bright Star is doing a really good job at communicating with us and coordinating the care team and meeting all our needs. ..
