My nurses Jacqui and her mother Tequesta is two of the best nurses I've ever met. They made my first experience with a home nurse a blast! At first I was nervous but when I actually got to meet them it's like we knew each other forever. Definitely would recommend them.

This Company is great! My nurse Caroline really cared and helped me out a great deal! Dr called to check up on me and when I told him how miserable I was with the pain, he refilled my pain meds, and Caroline hooked me up with some physical therapy sessions. I’d deal with them anytime. I will admit, we hired BrightStar for our teenage son in 2020. They were horrible! They could not staff his hours and they decided to send CNAs instead of nurses!!! Then, they let us go in an email at 10pm stating the next day would be the last day with BrightStar. (Wondering why I'm giving them 5 stars? PLEASE READ ON!!) We swore to never go back to BrightStar again but due to insurance we had to... we went with great trepidation! Fast forward to 2022. My son had been in the hospital for 4 months and the only way they would let us go home is if we had 24/7 nursing care. During the time we were away from BrightStar they did the smartest thing they could possibly do, they hired Adi as Director of Nursing. Adi really stepped up to the challenge. She hired our son high quality nurses and took care of any issues we had. We love our nurses! In fact, when we were back at the hospital for brain surgery the head neurologist told us (and Adi) our BrightStar nurses were doing the job they could not do in the hospital! We all really do work as a team. Virginia, in the office, is very conscientious of her job. As a matter of fact, I just texted her the orders for our son's pre-op on his next brain surgery. (Keep in mind this is Saturday.) She texted me back and said she would take care of it when she gets back home. What?!?!?!? It's the weekend! My son is so much happier being home and it is all due to our BrightStar team: the nurses, Adi and Virginia!

This is a place that truly cares for their patients and staffs well being. I've been at Brightstar for a couple years, left and came back. Happy I came back!! ❤️‍🩹😷☺️

I work at BrightStar and it is an amazing experience. The team I work with is dependable and very accommodating. The DON is in a league of her own. She goes above and beyond to make sure her nurses are cared for. Everyone from the owner/CEO to the field nurses and staff are wonderful. One of the best companies I've worked for.
