We have been using Bright Star for a number of years now...first for our father and now for our mother as well. Although this industry is like many others and it is hard to find good help but even with these struggles, Bright Star has always been able to provide the assistance our parents have needed. There have been times that certain caregivers may not be a match... personality wise...but they are quick to try a different individual until a good match is found. Our Mom can be demanding but Bright Star always does their best to accommodate her demands by matching up the right individual for her needs. Currently the caregiver there now has been exceptional and aside from just giving excellent care, she has developed a relationship with our Mom to the point they have become friends and it's not just about the care but also the companionship and having someone there to share what is going on in her life. Having someone like that is rare and very appreciated and we are very happy that Bright Star does their best to maintain the relationship between their caregivers and their clients.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our BrightStar Care giver Susan S. She has been a life saver at this very difficult time in our Dad's hospice journey. She knows just how to work with Dad and is wonderfully supportive of Mom. She also helps out around the house with his laundry, changing him and the bed, and whatever else she can do to make life easier. We are very fortunate to have Susan.

My husband recently had the pleasure of receiving home health care services from 2 wonderful nurses named Dawn & Bridgette, and I highly recommend their company BrightStar Care of Venice, FL for the outstanding care they provided during my husband’s week-long infusion therapy in our home. From the moment Dawn & Bridgette arrived, it was clear that they both possessed a high level of expertise and professionalism. Both of them clearly explained the infusion process thoroughly, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. Both of their knowledge and confidence instantly put us at ease, and I felt my hubby was in safe hands. The following days, only 1 infusion nurse was needed for the 4 hour treatment so we saw each of them on 2 different days for the week-long treatment. Both nurses were exceptional with their care, making sure my husband was comfortable during the entire procedure. Both Dawn & Bridgette’s attention to detail were impeccable. They both followed all safety protocols meticulously, ensuring that everything was done correctly and efficiently. I was impressed by both of their abilitities to handle the computerized infusion pump with such ease. Dawn & Bridgette’s organizational skills were evident as they both kept everything clean and orderly while in our home. Both Bridgette & Dawn are fabulous home health care nurses. Their combination of professional expertise, compassionate care, and personalized service make them an invaluable asset to any patient in need of home infusion therapy. I wholeheartedly recommend BrightStar Care’s services to anyone seeking top-notch care at home.

Wonderful personalized care! The whole team has been wonderful, Doris and Jailene were extremely responsive and really listened to what we wanted in a caregiver. Scheduling and changes to our schedule when needed was a breeze. Moneke was a fabulous caregiver, both my parents were comfortable with her in the home and she took initiative to do what was needed without being asked. She was kind and able to chat and give my mom socialization that she needs.

I have had the pleasure of having Denise H as my nurse for the past 2 months and she has been awesome. Always on time, very kind and gentle and very informative. She is a great asset to your team. I will miss her dearly after my treatments are finished. Anyone who is assigned her as their nurse will surely be blessed as I feel I am. Thank you BrightStar for sending her my way.

We've used Brightstar Venice since February 12th. Our assigned CNA, JP , has been working with my husband three times a week for the past 5 weeks. He is kind, respectful, personable, professional and extremely competent. He helps my husband get ready for dialysis and works with him on exercises. He is genuinely concerned about his well-being and progress. He even helps me with housework! We are very fortunate and grateful to have JP's help and highly recommend him.

I really enjoy working for Mr. & Mrs. Crampton. They are extremely kind & friendly to me. I always look forward to my visits with them. They always make me so relaxed when I am there. Ruth Carroll
