I used BrightStar for my cousin who needed help adjusting back home from the hospital and then skilled nursing home. She needed daily care and as time progressed, went to weekly care. We first contacted Heather who couldn't have been more accommodating and knowledgeable because I have no experience using a home health care service. She sent Nurse Angela for the intake and she was very thorough and supportive and knew what to tell us to expect in the weeks to come. Also at first meeting was their intuitive caregiver Dawn, who has the best personality and goes beyond her regular duties because I know she was giving foot massages as part of her daily routine!! She was outstanding and so attentive and definitely gave me comfort that as long as she was there, all would be taken care of. In fact, I think she worked so well that it was why my cousin was able to go on her own much more quickly than anticipated. I very much recommend BrightStar Care for anyone looking to help a loved one in their rehabilitation or home health care needs!!
