Richard brings over twenty years of comprehensive experience in administrative and operations roles within large public organizations, including a prominent hospital setting. His expertise spans administration and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as all aspects of human resources, employee engagement, customer experience, and systems automation.

Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Richard has a strong track record of community involvement, notably serving as President of his local Alzheimer’s Association. His professional journey is marked by a commitment to blending his extensive background with a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on those in need. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
