Jana worked as an RN for years with big-name hospitals in and around the Pittsburgh area where she gained firsthand experience in patient care. While working with the elderly and the ill, Jana also felt the need for a compassionate and caring homecare agency in our area. Jana knows what trauma families face when a patient goes home after a hospital stay but cannot arrange a dependable caregiver. This understanding prompted Jana to join the BrightStar family – an organization that known nationwide for its quality and unprecedented commitment to senior and child care! 

With over 13 years of dedicated service at BrightStar Care, Brandy Householder has cultivated a wealth of experience and expertise in the home care industry. Starting her journey as a scheduler, Brandy quickly advanced through various roles, including HR Recruiter and Sales and Marketing Manager, before taking on the pivotal role of Branch Manager at the Cranberry Township location.
Brandy's commitment to ensuring that the elderly community can safely remain in the comfort of their homes is at the heart of her work. She finds immense fulfillment in collaborating with clients and their families, providing tailored support that meets their unique needs. Her passion for matching caregivers with clients not only enhances the quality of care but also fosters a sense of security and peace of mind for families.

I have close to 28 years of dedicated experience in the Homecare industry, I am passionate about providing exceptional care and support to those in need. As a Branch Manager at BrightStar Care, I leverage my extensive knowledge and skills to lead my team in delivering high-quality services that make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives.

Beyond my professional commitments, I cherish spending quality time with my family and grandkids, who bring immense joy and inspiration to my life. When I'm not at work, you can find me at the gym, where I embrace my love for fitness, or planning my next exciting vacation excursion.

Arrion Sorrell is a dedicated Care Manager at Brightstar Care, where she has passionately served families in need since 2022. With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California University, Arrion brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, having previously worked as a caseworker for Children and Youth Services.

Her strong time management skills and ability to thrive under pressure enable her to provide exceptional support and care to her clients. Arrion is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves, and she is grateful for the opportunity to continue her mission at Brightstar Care.
