Do your research to understand what your body is fighting, and how to fight it. Work along side your caregiver and doctor, keeping communication lines open, continually having open discussion. Talk about what your body is going through, and talk about how your treatments are affecting your body and its functions. This can include dizziness, weakness, loss of hearing or sight, and imbalance. Communicate with your doctor if these or any other side affects arise. Keep your caregiver informed, as the more they know about what is going on with your cancer battle, the better they can help you.
