I’ve had several different care givers and all have been wonderful! Pam gets things done, but Christa is fast to see details of the help I need as well as following the care plan. She’s also the most fun!! Now I know that the three care givers (Kathy is wk.end worker) are all dependable and great with the needs I have. I’ve grown close to them so the daily care is happy and has a good range of covered needs. Bright Star hires very trustworthy and diverse workers.

The lady that works the desk is so sweet! Even though I am not in her territory, she was still willing to answer any questions I had about BrightSar and refer me to the office that can provide car for my family. Even though I never worked with a caregiver, you can just tell the office has great customer service.

Lizanne Hatfield was my nurse for over a year providing IVIG treatments for my peripheral neuropathy. She was the consummate professional at all times and her personality was such that she became almost a part of our family. Brightstar is very fortunate to have her providing care to your patients

Hello, MY name is Malikka Ferguson; a client of Brightstar Care. I want to first thank the young lady of whom I forgot her name apologies(but should be in my file as opening my case)Brightstar Care for helping me obtain proper care in as fast as days after my ex-caregiving company closed. I was first visited by a Brightstar employee that was prompt, kind, helpful and very informative. In as much as days I was enveloped with Jerome and Petra McAfee of what would say are the most professional, prompt, helpful, kind, and motivational employees that I've ever had since becoming disabled. These 2 give me compassion that I have never had from a Home Health Care Agency, I actually thought that professionalism was gone until this mother and son do came into my life. Brightstar has been fantastic with providing my son with excellent care. My son has been in and out of the hospital due to health conditions and Brightstar has been there every step of the way. His family caregiver Darlana is amazing. I can't say enough about the whole staff and their patience and care. Our family is very pleased 😊
