Our son’s nurse Chiqui has been with us for almost 2 years and she is the best caregiver we have had for our son by far! She always goes above and beyond for him. She is always prompt with his medications, feed schedule and therapies. She engages with him and tells him what she’s doing with each intervention. She treats our son with so much compassion and she has basically become a member of our family. Before I never trusted nurses to take him to appointments, do his tube care or hygiene needs. But with Chiqui I trust her completely and know she always puts Cassian’s care as the priority. It is such a relief to be able to trust someone to care for him so I can attend to other things that need to be done. Also the managing staff has been great. Nurse Deanna and Nurse Megan have been great as well as Eric and Christina. They made setting up care with them a smooth and stress free transition. They were able to answer all my questions and had me feeling confident in their standard of care and nursing staff before we ever interviewed nurses. I know if I ever have a concern I can contact them and it will be resolved quickly. I have recommended them to all the other parents of medically complex kids I know!

I want to give a BIG SHOUTOUT to my caregivers Lissette and Desreen. They have been assigned to my family for sometime. They are dependable and care about the needs of my husband. This is extremely important for someone like myself with a demanding work schedule. I see them as part of my family. True keepers:). I also want to thank Meagan, for staying on top of ensuring the quality of service being provided is meeting my needs. You can tell in her interaction that she truly cares. Thank you for assigning these ladies to my case!

These ladies aren’t just here for Mike; they go above and beyond for everyone! Their dedication, kindness, and care make all the difference, and I can’t thank them enough. They’re not just nurses—they’re guardian angels in scrubs! Then, we have the real MVPs in the office—Lynette and Shaletia, who deserve a medal (or at least a spa day) for putting up with me. Let’s be honest—I’m a strong (okay, intense) mom, but they handle my million requests, questions, and emails like absolute pros. I know they secretly have a “Dealing with This Mom” survival guide somewhere. And I can’t forget Haley from HR, who has gone the extra mile to make sure Mike can go back to school with his nurses. Her dedication has made such a huge impact, and I appreciate every single thing she’s done! Now, I just hope the company finally gives them the Nurse of the Month and Nurse of the Year awards they absolutely deserve—because after all these years (since 2019!), they STILL haven’t gotten them!
