4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each one)
Salt & black pepper
Orange zest (1 medium orange)
3/4 cup orange juice
4 thin slices of fresh orange
Fresh thyme
1 Tbs honey
Preheat the oven to 400° F. In a large baking dish place the salmon fillets. Season each fillet with salt and pepper. Grate orange zest over the fillets. Place one orange slice on each piece of fish. Pour orange juice around the fillets within the baking dish. Bake the salmon for approximately 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through...Drizzle honey over fillets and sprinkle with fresh parsley to garnish.
