In celebration of American Heart Month, on February 26, 2020, BrightStarCare of Westfield and Summit hosted a helpful and informative education session about heart health at the Lantern Hill Senior Living Community located in New Providence, New Jersey. Lantern Hill is a continuing care retirement community that offers independent living, assisted living and specialized continuing care options on a beautiful 20 acre suburban campus in Union County. Our BrightStar Care agency offers home care services to the residents of Lantern Hill as needed and upon request.
Our Director of Nursing, Elenita Ajose led the health information session and educated the residents of the senior community about the risks of heart disease.
