I absolutely love working for BrightStar as this job fits my schedule as a mom with two children (4years and 6months) but more importantly I greatly enjoy the teaching/learning aspect that this company has to offer. I am a new graduate nurse, learning and perfecting my nursing skills. Tina the Director of Nursing has helped to guide me through teaching me IV skills and documentation. She quickly answers any questions or concerns that I may have and is always encouraging me through every step. I enjoy that Tina checks in before and after every client visit to make sure that I am safe (as we go into people’s homes), to clarify any questions/concerns I may have had, and to make sure the visit went smoothly. I love working for a company that I feel appreciated and seen.
