    Kimberly Robinson is my mom’s primary caregiver through Bright Star. She is exceptional. And my mom (now 99 years old) absolutely loves her. Kimberly is gentle yet firm. She respects my mom and involves her in decision making. She comforts my mom when she’s not feeling well. It is a beautiful thing to behold.

    BrightStar has provided outstanding care for my elderly mother for the past four years. The staff is excellent with communication and coordinating mom's care - they never miss a call, and are always kind, professional, and proactive in meeting her increasing care needs. Her two primary caregivers, Tammy and Clemma, provide mom compassionate personalized care - their support is exceptional, and they are truly a blessing for mom and our family! We've tried two other home care services - neither came close to the care and support Tammy, Clemma, and the BrightStar team provide.

    I hired BrightStar to help my dad when he was going through chemotherapy. They were dependable and professional and took care of my dad as if he was their own. It seems impossible to trust a stranger to care for a family member so I wanted to be sure to write this review and encourage anyone who needs additional care for their loved one to give them a call.
