We started with Brightstar because they were the only agency that could provide a nurse to help set up a monthly pillbox for our sister whose life is saved by a complicated medicine profile taken 5x day. Bonnie is a delight and has been faithfully coming now for 4 years! Then when our elderly diabetic dad needed more help at home it was the bright and bubbly matchmaker at Brightstar (Andrea) who matched us with the most amazing caregiver in town: Clemma is the best there is. Hard working and reliable--she is such a joy to have in our home. We love her! Her tremendous care of our Dad has transformed our lives. We've worked with all the care agencies--and we know well about dealing with both the pros and the cons of the caregiving industry--but it's the loving service of amazing women like these 3 that make the downside more bearable.

Our family had a wonderful experience with BrightStar Care! The leadership, nurses, and caregivers were all wonderful! They were professional, knowledgable, and easy to communicate with in scheduling the caregivers for our loved ones. The caregivers themselves were all very sweet and took great care of our loved ones. One caregiver in particular, Lacee, went above and beyond in the final weeks of our loved one's life. I would definitely recommend BrightStar Care if you are looking for an in home caregiving service in the area!
