I have used BrightStar for years and have had the honor to have Alicia as my nurse. She is amazing and is a great representative for BrightStar. They are always willing to work around my ever changing schedule and are very professional and polite at my house. I would highly recommend BrightStar, and especially Alicia. They are a top notch combination.

My nurse is absolutely fantastic. She is never in a rush and rakes time when accessing my port. My service dog absolutely loves her and that makes my 3 day infusion seem like it goes by fast. Here's a photo of her.

My care aid, Velma Torres, is punctual, caring, and meticulous. She learned what I likes and endeavors to meet my needs to my satisfaction. I also like having regular evaluation by the RN to ensure changes are addressed The office staff are curious and responsive. I have recommended Brightstar as an agency.

We had never done in home care before so we didn't know anything about hiring this type of help. Luckily we called Brightstar and they walked us thru the process. We ended up with a truly caring caregiver for our mom. She kept our mom safe and happy. The two things we wanted most for her.
