In honor of Veteran’s Day this year South-Central WI BrightStar honored their Veteran Client’s by hand delivering every client a ‘Thank you for your service’ card signed by all office team members along with a BrightStar Home Care pinwheel pen! These were hand delivered by our Customer Care Managers Shannon, Tera and Courtney. We honor and are grateful to be able to provide care for those who provided the ultimate sacrifice for our country and thanking them is a small token of our appreciation. We are not sure who enjoyed the experience more, the clients or the Customer Care Managers at the end of the day! Included here is a picture of one of our Veterans, Charlie with Shannon. Charlie gave us permission to take his picture and share in our blog. Charlie is a WW II Veteran and a Purple Heart recipient. We are honored to have Charlie as one of our clients!
