I had the wonderful opportunity to Intern for this company while I was pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology. The Director of Nursing; Kathleen, took me in with open arms and showed me the ropes of the nursing service industry. Her approach to healthcare is humble and warm with the patient's wellbeing in mind. The HR coordinator; Melissa, was able to guide me through experience and increase my personal confidence in interacting with customers and patients. Joanne helped me understand the documentation process and Debbie taught me all about the company's payroll system. However they all helped me grow as a person and instill confidence in my abilities to succeed in future career roles. The team at Brightstar Somerset exceeded my expectations! My beautiful little Aunt and I were in a sudden, difficult predicament, and the team were right there with us, helping at every stage. Mya has been such a blessing on several occasions taking my mom to my nieces wedding and her sisters funeral. She’s so caring and loving and kind. I know my mothers in great hands with Brightstar. We don’t have to worry about her care and safety. Mom is well taken care of.
