A simple five session course for caregivers and providers leading to a Dementia Specialist Certificate. Sessions will be held every 2 weeks in both the morning and evening. Complimentary parking available. Light food and beverages will be provided. All are welcome!

Other services include safe discharge and transportation from the hospital or rehab facility, post-operative care both short and long term, pre-operation and preparation help and assistance, client monitoring for out of town family members.
