Andrea Loos is a terrific home health aide/caregiver. She is kind, caring, patient, well-prepared, and always cheerful. She also takes lots of initiative with housework, which I very much appreciate. I recommend her highly.

We have been new to needing caregivers for my mom with Alzheimer’s. Brightstar has worked with us to find the right caregiver from their team and Andrea L. has been great with my mom. She is knowledgeable and caring. She works very hard to meet my mom’s needs, tells us helpful information relating to her condition, and is always bright to work with. We love her ❤️

I am in awe of the care my Mother receives from Leslie. My Mother has very little communication She does not speak, sign or write. Sweet Leslie somehow knows what she wants and needs. She is always so tender and gracious with her five stars for Leslie.

Mylee, is an incredible care giver. Her love for our kid is palpable. I would refer her to anyone; especially, those with special needs. I don’t feel that she can never do her job right when I leave. Our son has fallen in love with her. My sons OT, my family, and ABA therapist speak so highly of her. She is a quality care. Thank you, Brightstar! 🙏🏼

Bethanie has become a wonderful part of our family during the two months she has been visiting here. My wife, the patient, loves her gentle guidance and encouragement. She has been successful in helping my wife take the showers she otherwise resists terribly.
