I just got back from Las Vegas, where we had our Brightstar Annual Conference. One of my caregivers, Olivia Michel, won West Region Caregiver of the Year and was on stage with me and the other 3 finalist. It was a very exciting evening for all of us! Olivia didn't win, but her story is a great one, as she provides outstanding care to her clients every day. I'm honored to have such a caring, patient and compassionate employee. It's what this business is all about.
