Richard was my in home Physical Therapist and his experience, knowledge, and excellent care allowed me to have the proper mobility for better comfort, and readiness to start out patient PT. Richard also gave initial direction that kept me from set backs and possible injury if I would’ve carried out my own well intentioned plan of rehab. I’m grateful to both of you!!! Karen has been my and my son's nurse for yrs now, and she has become extended family to us. Firstly, she is a brilliant nurse; she takes great care and pride in her job to ensure our continued best health comes first. She has always followed protocol and is skilled in implementing our infusions, making us very comfortable knowing we can just lie "like a lump" in bed and let her do her thing. Knowing we have this disease for the remainder of our lives, she always tries to make this part just a bit easier and more pleasurable for us and there are no grand enough words to thank her for all that she does for us; it's more as though she's just our great friend who we get to visit with every two weeks; that's more of how it feels! I'd be remiss if I didn't say how amazing all of the nurses are at Brightstar, with every single one being well-trained and caring. And, last but certainly not least, is wonderful, loving Daniel at the helm. He's the absolute best! He is kind, caring, personable and ensures all runs smoothly - thank you, Daniel! Shawna Aguilar is one of the best nurses I’ve ever encountered and BrightStar is very lucky to have her on their team. I had a total knee arthroplasty on Oct 1. I was assigned Richard L. from BrightStar Care to come to my home for physical therapy. We discussed a game plan and expectations for recovery. Richard not only met my expectations, he exceeded them. Even my doctor was amazed at my progress 22 days post surgery. I will continue my physical therapy with the tools Richard provided and expect huge improvements in my recovery.

I have been receiving physical therapy through the company. My therapists have been Richard and Megan, they have provided 5 star care to me in my recovery from spinal fusion. I would recommend this company to anybody needing in home care.
