My name is Jamie Beste and I am the Branch Manager for Brightstar Care’s newest location in Rochester, Minnesota. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University in Human Services. I have over 10 years of healthcare management experience with a focus on servant leadership. I truly believe we can accomplish great things through lifting each other up and serving with a higher purpose. I’m originally from Iowa but now live in Rochester with my 7-year-old son Michael. Michael is deaf and has cerebral palsy. He has faced challenges in his short life that most people don’t have to endure in a lifetime. He is what drives me to provide a higher standard of care for the people I serve. It is my mission to provide the same high-quality care I would expect for my son to you or your loved one. I am so excited to have the opportunity to bring Brightstar Care to Rochester and to empower you to live your best life!

I have been caring for patients as a Registered Nurse in various, diverse health care settings for the past 27 years.  I graduated in the top ten percent of the University of South Dakota, with High Honors from the School of Nursing. 

I truly have a passion for Nursing and value the experiences I have gained as a well-rounded Nurse, to include Surgery, Infusion Therapy, ICU, Oncology, Home Care and Assisted Living and Memory Care, Hospice, Triage and Crisis Care.

I am originally from South Dakota, a Midwest girl at heart.  Currently, I live in Mantorville, MN, with my husband Geoff and we have 4 awesome children.  We are blessed to have some super sweet grandbabies too!  As a family, we love the outdoors, camping or simply gathering for BBQs. I love to go “flea marketing” and I also like to grow flowers and a few veggies.  I love the mountains but will never pass up a sandy beach!
